The Level 1 Kho Kho coaching course 2026 in Mukono has ended with certificates for the participants. A UBC News Tonight report on the course carried the headline Khokho sport development: 30+ participants certified as first level one coaching course ends, and a film about the course says 30 certified coaches passed out.
Participants worked in classrooms and on the field. The sessions combined theory with practical drills, and ended with a ceremony in front of the Khokho Uganda "Since 2022" banner where each participant received a certificate.
The newly certified coaches join the teachers, coaches and referees that the outreach programme has trained since 2021, and will help Kho Kho Uganda reach more schools and clubs.
