The things people ask us most about Kho Kho and Kho Kho Uganda.

Kho Kho is one of the world's oldest traditional tag sports, known for speed, agility, teamwork, strategic thinking, fitness and discipline. It is cheap and easy to play, which makes it easy for schools and communities to start.

Eight chasers sit along a central lane while a ninth chases three defenders at a time. The chaser tags defenders for points and can pass the chase to a seated teammate by touching her back and saying Kho. Our How to play page has the full guide and video lessons.

Kho Kho Uganda has taken the sport to 92 districts and cities across the Central, Eastern, Northern and Western regions. The full list is on the Publications page.
